Each publishing client will deal with a single member of staff who is responsible for all aspects of customer service. As a fully trained typesetter, your account executive will be able to answer all day-to-day and technical queries and will usually oversee the work personally so that communication is clear and effective. Everyone here uses a comprehensive job database in order to track the progress of every job, no matter how small. All publisher clients can also talk direct with Anna or Alistair, or Marilyn in accounts. We try to offer personal service and to be as accommodating as possible at every stage. And remember that we are publishers ourselves, so if you need any unusual kind of service – jacket design, maps, illustrations, photography, indexing etc. – we can usually oblige.
